Gender equality index
In accordance with the law of September 5, 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future and its implementing decree of January 8, 2019, aimed at eliminating the pay gap between women and men, P&B Group companies publish their Indexes on gender equality.
What does this index consist of?
The index on professional equality between women and men is a score out of 100, obtained from 5 indicators:
– The gender pay gap (rated out of 40 points).
– The gap in annual increases (20 points).
– The gap in promotions (15 points).
– Increases upon return from maternity leave (15 points).
– The presence of women among the highest earners in the company (10 points).
